On the ground floor the sitting room features comfortable sofas, a study area and a wood burning stove. Floor to ceiling glass doors which open out onto the outdoor patio area and hot tub make the room bright and light-filled. The hot tub will be on for your arrival and is set to 40c year-round for you to enjoy at your leisure whatever the weather.
The open plan kitchen dining room with a fantastic central island is perfect for family dinners and entertaining. The dining area plays host to a large dining table which can comfortably seat 10 people. Off the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Conveniently, there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, suited to anyone who may have accessibility needs or who finds stairs a challenge.
Three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom can be found upstairs. Two of the double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while there is also a family bathroom decorated with premium Bisazza mosaic tiles and a gorgeous rolltop bath. A separate WC also features upstairs.
Outside you will find a private garden (not self-enclosed), patio area with outdoor seating, BBQ and of course the hot tub. A stream can be found at the foot of the garden.
